BREAKING: RI Men’s 2025 Tournament Schedule Released
The Rhode Island Golf Association has released the men’s tournament schedule for the 2025 season.
“There are several events with dates that have not yet been secured. Once dates are secured, they will be released and added to the schedule,” notes RIGA in a social media post.
The tournament season will tentatively begin with the Four-Ball Championship in early May and end with the Tri-State Matches.
Schedule Notables
Events that are “TBD” include the Senior Four-Ball, one RI Amateur Qualifying site, Family Day Championship, Senior Amateur, RI Mid-Amateur, John P. Burke Memorial and the Tri-State Matches.
The Four-Ball Championship will be held from May 6-7 at Potowomut and Quidnessett where Jamie Lukowicz and Mike Caparco will be defending champions.
Kirkbrae will once again host a U.S. Open local qualifier on May 13.

This is the fourth straight year that a U.S. Open local qualifier will be held at Kirkbrae.
Kirkbrae will also host a New England Amateur Qualifier on June 3.
Of course, the Northeast Amateur is at Wannamoisett from June 18-21, and just two days later, the Rhode Island Amateur will be held at Rhode Island Country Club from June 23-27.
Bobby Leopold will be going for his third straight RI Amateur title and sixth overall.
Qualifying sites for the State Am as of now include Cranston on May 21, and Fenner Hill on June 10.

One more site will be added.
As GolfNewsRI previously reported, the Junior Amateur is heading back to Pawtucket from July 28-August 1 and the Stroke play will be held at Ledgemont from August 4-5.
For the second straight year, the Rhode Island Open will be at Valley from August 11-12.
North Kingstown Golf Course will host a U.S. Mid-Am Qualifier on August 13 and U.S. Four-Ball Qualifying will be played at Swansea on August 20.
