We are through two weeks of the high school golf regular season, meaning it is time for the next edition of the Race to Cranston CC. 

Rhode Island’s Hazel Hegstrom finished in a tie for second place in her AJGA debut this weekend at Bethpage State Park’ Blue Course.

The top teams and players in the state will be at Warwick Country Club on Monday for the 2026 Hendricken Invitational Tournament. 

Alpine’s Meagan Kessel aced the 15th hole at the club on Friday evening. 

Two aces on the same day, during the same tournament over at Jamestown Golf Course. 

The Providence College men’s golf team will wrap up their season at the Big East Championship at Riverton Pointe Golf and Country Club in South Carolina.

After a busy week of action, just a few high school matches were on the docket on Thursday across Rhode Island. 

Following the concluding of the fall and winter leagues, Inside Links in Cumberland is running a spring mini-league.
