Foster CC to Serve as 3rd RI Amateur Qualifying Site
Foster Country Club will serve as the third qualifying site for the 2025 Rhode Island Amateur.
The qualifier as Foster will be held on Wednesday, June 4.
When the Rhode Island Golf Association first announced the 2025 schedule, a third qualifying site was to be determined.
As GolfNewsRI reported, the other two qualifying sites are Cranston on May 21 and Fenner Hill on June 10.
“Each qualifying site will be limited to 78 players. Each player will have the choice as to which site they would like to play, until that site becomes full. The number of qualifiers at each qualifier will be determined by the RIGA after entries close, based on the size of the field at each site,” writes RIGA on the tournament page.
The 2025 Rhode Island Amateur will be held from June 23-27 at Rhode Island Country Club.
