Patrick Welch to Make Korn Ferry Tour Return at Evans Scholars Inv.
Classical grad Patrick Welch is set to make his Korn Ferry Tour return this week at the Evans Scholars Invitational.
Welch has not played a KFT event since the middle of January when the Tour kicked off their season in the Bahamas.
The former Oklahoma star missed the cut in both of those events.
He will make his return official at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday alongside Bryson Nimmer and Braden Thornberry.
Francoeur in Field
Former URI star Chris Francoeur is back in the Korn Ferry Tour field this week.
He is coming off a missed cut at the Blue Championship about two weeks ago, but prior to that, had made six straight KFT cuts.
This week, Francouer gets his tournament started at 9:20 a.m. alongside Jackson Buchanan and Tyler Leach.
