Chatfield Seeks to Carry Momentum into Puntacana
Coming off his best finish on the PGA Tour, Davis Chatfield looks to carry that momentum into the Corales Puntacana Championship this week.
The former Rhode Island Amateur champ finished inside the top five at last week’s ISCO Championship, and moved more than 20 spots up the FedEx Cup Rankings.
“This gives me the confidence to know that I can win and be in contention any week. Like I said, like I feel like I’ve been really close the last few months and to see it come to fruition this week is really special,” Chatfield said after the round.
Chatfield gets his Corales Puntacana Championship on Thursday morning at 8:24 a.m.
He is playing alongside Kristoffer Ventura and Avinash Iyer.
