Atlantic Golf Center Sold for $7 Million to Texas Developer
The Atlantic Golf Center in South Attleboro has been sold for $7 million to Texas developer, Anthony Properties.
The story was first reported by The Sun Chronicle earlier this summer.
As GolfNewsRI previously reported, Anthony Properties began showing interest in developing the driving range back in 2020, and announced plans to move forward with the project in 2021.
According to the Sun Chronicle, the Atlantic Golf Center will remain open until “sometime in the fall,” with construction likely to start next spring.
Plans for Development
According to Anthony Properties’ website, the driving range will be turned into 306 multi-family units, as well as, retail space.
A daycare center will also be put in place on the property.
