Texas-based developer Anthony Properties is moving forward with their plan to develop the Atlantic Golf Center property.

This comes after the Attleboro City Council approved plans to rezone earlier this month.

According to Anthony Properties website, the property will be turned into approximately 329 multi-family units. 

There will also be room for retail space and restaurants as well.

Construction is expected to start in 2022. 

Anthony Properties still needs a number of permits from the state and locally. 

About Atlantic Golf Center 

Atlantic Golf Center spans over several acres and consists of a driving range, and mini golf.

It has existed at that location for decades.

The site used to consist of a par 3 course, Shadow Creek, but that is closed permanently, according to Atlantic’s website.
