Locals Finish Week at Kiawah National Pro-Am – See Results
The contingent of Rhode Islanders finished off their week down at the Kiawah National Pro-Am on Thursday in South Carolina.
As GolfNewsRI reported, the contingent included Alpine and Lake of Isles Club Champion Michelle Fisette Umbriano, Narragansett’s Susan Broderick and two foursomes from Quidnessett Country Club.
Results Break Down
Umbriano and Broderick helped lead their Lake of Isles squad to a T17 finish the net side of the bracket.
The team finished 32-under (3 rounds) for the tournament in one best-ball format.
They were the only women’s team in the tournament.
The Quidnessett team led by Peter Chwaliszewski finished in a tie for 36th at 21-under par overall.
The second Quidnessett squad led by Alex Parente finished at 17-under par for the week.
