Warwick’s Morrell Finishes 39th at Epson Tour Event in Hartford
Warwick Country Club Assistant Pro Samantha Morrell finished in a tie for 39th at this week’s Epson Tour event in Hartford.
Morrell was invited to the tournament after winning the Connecticut Women’s Open.
The tournament ended on Monday morning after being suspended on Sunday due to weather.
Morrell carded rounds of 72, 72 and 75 (3-over) to finish 39th with several other players and take home just over $1,000.
Jenny Bae won the tournament in a seven hole playoff and took home $30K.
