BREAKING: LIV Golf to Shut Down
LIV Golf is no more.
According to reports, LIV’s lawyers told a New Jersey bankruptcy court on Thursday that the league will begin winding down operations on Monday.
According to Yahoo, the court hearing lasted eight minutes.
The news comes a day after BC Partners pulled their $300 million investment off the table due to lack of interest from players.

Reportedly, BC Partners was hoping to get 30-40 players to sign on to LIV 2.0, but only about 15 had committed.
The league last five years and spent more than $5 billion on player signings and more.
It is unknown what the future looks like for players such as John Rahm, Bryson DeChambeau, Cam Smith and others.
