Olivia Williams Earns Top 10 Finish at Stonehill Tournament
Reigning Rhode Island Women’s Amateur champion Olivia Williams earned a top ten finish at Stonehill’s tournament – The Hill Yeah – this week in New York.
Williams fired back-to-back 74s to finish at four-over for the tournament and in solo eighth place.
Merrimack won the tournament with a team score of 14-over par.
They had three players finish inside the top ten.
Playing for Stonehill, Rhode Island Women’s Am finalist Hanley Correia finished in solo 23rd for the week.
Correia posted rounds of 79 and 76 to finish at 11-over par.
