URI, PC, Bryant Competing at UConn Invitational
URI, PC and Bryant are all at Greathorse this week for the UConn Invitational.
The tournament got underway on Sunday morning.
Other programs in the tournament include Merrimack, Holy Cross, St. John’s, UConn, Villanova, Boston College, Siena, Sacred Heart and Fairfield.
The Bulldogs are coming off a win at the Ryan Lee Memorial last week at Ledgemont.
This week they start Thomas Constantine, Tripp Hollister, Sam Fuentes, Matt Young and Matt Downes.
Chad Correia will play as an individual.
URI is coming off back-to-back tenth place finishes in their last two tournaments and will look to get off to a better start in round one.
Rhode Island starts Tony Liu, Josiah Tong, Jack Quinn, Owen Rooney and Sebastian Carlsson.
Freshman Mihir Roper will make his collegiate golf debut as an individual.
Providence stars Callan Fahey, Zac Georgantas, Oliver Clark, Campbell Skelly and Evan Buddenhagen.
Maurice Hoben III will play as an individual.
