Jack Marques Earns Top 20 Finish in Collegiate Golf Debut
Former Cranston West star Jack Marques earned a top 20 finish in hi collegiate golf debut on Monday at the Eastern Connecticut Warrior Collegiate at Mohegan Sun.
After the first round of the tournament was canceled due to weather, Marques fired a six-over 77 second round to finish in a tie for 19 overall.
Marques is a freshman at Eastern Connecticut State.
Eastern Connecticut State won the tournament with a team score of one-over par.
Meanwhile, Roger Williams finished in sixth at 26-over par.
Former Toll Gate star Ryan Dacey finished in solo 38th for Roger Williams.
