Brown Announces Men’s & Women’s Golf Schedules
The Brown men and women’s golf teams have announced their schedules for the 2026 fall season.
This will be the first varsity season for both programs since 2020, when the program was cut.
As GolfNewsRI reported, Brown announced the reinstatement of the golf programs as varsity sports in January of 2026.
“I, along with my coaches and student-athletes couldn’t be more excited to compete once again as a varsity program,” said Thomas B. McMullen, Director of Men’s and Women’s Golf Jason Calhoun in a press release.
The women’s team will play in four events during the fall season, while the men’s team will play in five events.
Women’s Schedule
The Brown Women’s team will open their season on September 26-27 at the Princeton Invitational in New Jersey.
“All of our Ivy League opponents will be at the Princeton Invitational so we will see right away where our women’s team stacks up against the competition in our league,” said McMullen.

Brown will then play the Sacred Heart Invitational from September 28-29 at Great River Golf Club in Connecticut.
After a few weeks off, the Bears will play the Albany Invitational from October 11-12, and close the fall season on October 26-27 at the Lehigh Invitational.
Men’s Schedule
The men’s team kicks their season off by hosting the Ryan Lee Memorial tournament from September 19-20 at Ledgemont.
The tournament also includes Bryant and Providence College.
“Our men’s team is honored to be hosting the Ryan T. Lee Memorial Collegiate tournament. It’s the first tournament of this size that Brown has hosted in the history of our program,” said Calhoun.
Brown will then play the Yale Invitational from September 26-27 at the famed Yale Golf Course.
From there, they go to the Columbia Invitational from October 3-4 in Lake Placid, and the Sacred Heart Invitational from October 12-13 in Connecticut.
Brown wraps up the fall season with the Lehigh Invitational from October 24-25 at Saucon Valley Country Club.
