URI Commit LaTorre Finishes 3rd at AJGA Event in New York
University of Rhode Island commit Tanner LaTorre earned a solo third place finish at the AJGA’s PacificLinks Korea Junior Championship.
LaTorre finished the tournament at five-under with rounds of 74, 66 and a final round 71.
The tournament featured top players from across the U.S., and international players from China, Mexico and Canada.
North Carolina’s Jay Harrison won the tournament at 11-under par.
LaTorre will join Rhody in the fall of 2027 alongside Michael McCormack and Priyam Nayak.
