MacLeod Leads Locals at Challenge Cup Boys/Girls Championship
La Salle star Drew MacLeod led locals at the Challenge Cup Boys & Girls Championship this week at Agawam Hunt.
MacLeod finished in a tie for seventh overall with a score of three-over par for the week.
He carded rounds of 69 and 72.

Meanwhile, Rocco Capalbo finished in a tie for 14th, while Mitch McTaggart finished in a tie for 32nd overall.
The tournament was won by Robby Rosati at four-under par.
Girls Division
There were only two Rhode Island girls competing in the girls division of the tournament.
Claire McTaggart led the way by finishing in a tie for 8th overall at 10-over par.
Maggie McDonald finished in 25th overall.
Agawam Hunt plays host to the Rhode Island Women’s Amateur next week.
Boys 14 & Under
Rising Rhode Island star Ishaan Catone won the Boys 14 & Under division.
Catone finished three-over par for the week to win by two shots.
He was one of five Rhode Islanders competing in the 14 & under division.
- Catone technically finished T7 along with MacLeod as the 14Us played the same tees as the older division. However, it was not/is not listed that way in the live scoring.
