Chatfield Finishes T33 at John Deere Classic
Former Rhode Island Amateur champion Davis Chatfield finished in a tie for 33rd at the PGA Tour’s John Deere Classic this week at TPC Deere Run.
Chatfield finished the tournament at 11-under par with rounds of 69, 66, 70 and 68.
The final round 68 moved him up four spots on the leaderboard.
With about five events left in the PGA Tour’s regular season, Chatfield is projected to jump from 177 to 167th on the FedEx Cup Points List.
The John Deere Classic is currently being led by Chris Gotterup.
Chatfield returns to action next week at the ISCO Championship in Kentucky.
