Pastore Ties Fenner Hill Course Record En Route to RI Open Win
David Pastore tied the Fenner Hill course record en route to a victory at the Rhode Island Open on Wednesday afternoon.
Pastore fired a seven-under 65 in the final round to edge Michael McGowan by one shot to make the Rhode Island Open title.
This was the second straight day that the Fenner Hill Course record was tied, after Nicholas Pandelena did it in the first round.
Pastore finished 12-under for the tournament.
The top Rhode Island finisher overall was Bryant Head Coach Charlie Blanchard, who finished the event at seven-under.
Max Jackson and Ian Dunham tied for top amateur honors at two0-under par.
