Auburn’s Logan Reilly aced the 15th hole at Wannamoisett Country Club during the second round of the Northeast Amateur on Thursday. 

“Back left pin, uphill a little bit, playing about 212, wind straight off the right. Set up for a stock five-iron, let the wind take it to that back left pin and that’s what I did. Probably landed about 20 feet short and trickled in,” said Reilly after the round. 

This was his first ace in a tournament, but second one overall. 

Reilly is currently five-under for the tournament and in a tie for seventh overall.
