Will Owens, PC’s Fahey Qualify for New England Am
Former North Kingstown star Will Owens and Providence College golf star Callan Fahey have advanced to the New England Amateur.
Both players qualified on Thursday at Brattleboro Country Club in Vermont.
Fahey fired an even par 71 to finish in a tie for third overall.
Owens posted a two-over 73 to make the cut right on the number.
The cut was two over and ten players advanced to the New England Am.
Drew Brennan and Patrick Ginnity took medalist honors at one-under.
The 2026 New England Amateur is set for July 14-16 at Greathorse in Massachusetts.
