Sam Fuentes Qualifies for New England Amateur
Former Coventry star and current Bryant golfer Sam Fuentes has qualified for the New England Amateur.
Fuentes fired an even par 71 at the Country Club of Wilbraham in Massachusetts to make the cut on the number.
Overall, the top 12 players and ties advanced to the New England Amateur, with Fuentes finishing in a five-way tie for ninth at even par.
Carson Erick and Shane Walsh tied for medalist honors at four-under.
The 2026 New England Amateur is set for July 14-16 at Greathorse in Massachusetts.
