Kylie Eaton Transfers to Butler for Junior Season
Defending Rhode Island Women’s Amateur champion Kylie Eaton is transferring to Butler for her junior season.
Eaton and Butler made the announcement on Monday on social media.
“Butler Women’s Golf is excited to welcome Kylie Eaton to Indianapolis. The Greenville, Rhode Island native joins the Bulldogs after beginning her collegiate career at the University of Illinois. We’re thrilled to add Kylie to our program this fall,” writes Butler women’s golf on social media.

Eaton played her freshman and sophomore season at the University of Illinois.
At Illinois, she played a total of five events over two seasons, including four events as a sophomore.
Eaton had a scoring average of 77.3 for 12 rounds at Illinois.

Butler plays out of the Big East Conference.
The Bulldogs wrapped up the 2025-26 campaign with a fourth place finish at the Big East Championship with a three-day total of 912.
Heading into the 2026-27 season, Butler will be led by junior Treva Dodd, who finished in a tie for fifth at the Big East Championship.
Dodd also earned All-Big East honors for her 2025-26 season.
