Tyler Bruneau Earns Top 10 Finish at Florida Amateur Championship
Former URI star Tyler Bruneau earned a top ten finish at the Florida Amateur Championship this week at The Dye Preserve and The Club at Admiral’s Cove.
Bruneau finished with a four-round score of 286 and in a tie for eighth place.
He carded rounds of 68, 73, 71 and a final round 74.
As GolfNewsRI reported, Bruneau is headed to Lousiville in the fall.
The 2026 Florida Amateur was won by Hampton Beebe with a score of 281.
He beat out Brock Blais and Garret Ebbert by one shot.
