U.S. Amateur Local Qualifying Set for Wanumetonomy
Wanumetonomy is set to host U.S. Amateur Local Qualifying on Monday.
Tee times begin at 7:30 a.m. and end at 12:30 p.m.
Eight players will advance to Final Qualifying with two alternates.
For this qualifier, Wanumetonomy will play at 6300 yards and as a par 70.
Final Qualifying for the U.S. Amateur begins in mid-July.
It is worth noting that the winner of the 2026 Rhode Island Amateur will receive a bid to the U.S. Am.
