Harry Dessel Opens Spring Season at Golden Horseshoe Intercollegiate
Two-time Rhode Island Stroke Play champ Harry Dessel and his Lafayette Leopards open their spring season this week at the Golden Horseshoe Intercollegiate in Virginia.
The tournament takes place from March 23-23 at Golden Horseshoe Golf Club.
Other teams competing include St. Bonaventure, University of Delaware, Towson, Liberty, Saint Joseph’s and more.
Desssel, now a senior, is in his final months of collegiate golf for Lafayette.
During the spring season, he posted finishes of 24th, 17, 23, and 18th in respective tournaments.
