PC Women’s Golf Begins Play in MSU SoCal Spring Inv. Sunday
The Providence College Women’s golf team kick offs play in the MSU SoCal Spring Invitational in California on Sunday afternoon.
This is the third tournament of PC’s spring season, which began in early February.
PC is coming off a tenth place finish at the El Campeon Collegiate where sophomore Gwendolyn Yarnall led the way with a 12th place finish.
The SoCal Spring Invitational is held at Sterling Golf Club, which is a par-71 and measures 5,905 yards.
Other teams int he tournament include Creighton, North Dakota State, Murray State, host Morehead State, Lehigh, Memphis and others.
The Friars’ lineup includes Yarnall, Myra Bisceglia, Prisha Pandey, Oliva Arone and Samanthan Dunn.
