Fenner Hill to Open Season with Best Ball Tournament
Fenner Hill will be celebrating the start of golf season by hosting a 36-hole two-man best ball tournament.
The tournament will take place on April 25 and 26, with tee times beginning at 8 a.m. on both days.
“Two man teams, no handicap, gross event.Your 36 hole total scorel determines winners in each division. Each team plays their first round on Saturday, April 25. Teams will then be flighted based on theirSaturday gross score.Day 1 & Day 2 score total will determine flight winners. With the possible exception of the championship and last flight, flights for Sunday should have no more than a 4 stroke differential between the top team and the last team in the flight. Payout %’s for each flight will be determined by the total number of teams in the flight and will be indicated prior to Sunday’s round,” notes Fenner Hill in a flyer.
The cost to play is $290 per person and that includes greens fees, cart, lunch on Saturday and prize money for each flight.
There will also be closest to the pins and skins available.
Spots are open for the first 60 teams.
Registration forms and checks must be received by April 19.
