Chatfield Teeing it up at PGA Tour’s Puerto Rico Open

Former Rhode Island Amateur champ Davis Chatfield is back in PGA Tour action this week at the Puerto Rico Open at Grand Reserve Golf Club. 

The Puerto Rico Open is the opposite field event to the Arnold Palmer Invitational. 

Chatfield gets his first round started at 7:02 a.m. alongside A.J. Ewart and Blades Brown.

To start his PGA Tour career, Chatfield has made one cut in five events. 

He is averaging 288 yards per drive and is hitting 63% of fairways. 

That ranks 169th and 50th on Tour, respectively. 

Chatfield is averaging just under two putts per Green in Regulation and 29 putts per round.
