Anthony Kim Wins LIV Golf Adelaide to Complete Storybook Comeback
Anthony Kim rallied past Jon Rahm and Bryson DeChambeau to win LIV Golf Adelaide and complete his storybook comeback.
Following a blazing start to his career on the PGA Tour, Kim disappeared from the golf world for just over 12 years before joining LIV Golf in 2024.
Kim carded a final round 63 (9-under) on Sunday in Australia to finish at 23-under par and beat Rahm by three shots.
He started the final round five shots back.
“Obviously, Bryson and Jon didn’t have their best today, but regardless, I putted great. My caddie and I worked so well out there. I heard my wife shouting, even when it was going bananas out there. All those little things, including I don’t want to forget the support I’ve had from the crowd here in Australia has been second to none,” said Kim in his press conference after the round.

During the years away, Kim battled addiction issues, which then led to health issues and much more.
The 2004 Northeast Am champ is now married and has a young daughter.
“I want to be a good example. I would say that I wasn’t the best person, the best partner, the best whatever you want to call it, the best son I could be when I was younger. But who I am today is a completely different person. With god, my family, my sobriety being the key things to my life, I can go as far as I want,” said Kim.
This was Kim’s first professional win since 2010.
Kim is part of the 4 Aces team after earning full LIV status for 2026.
The 4 Aces finished in third in the team event.
Uihlein Takes 3rd
Meanwhile, former Northeast Amateur champ Peter Uihlein finished in a tie for third in the tournament.
Uihlein finished at 17-under par overall to tie with Tyrrell Hatton and Bryson DeChambeau.
