Chatfield Misses Cut at Farmers Insurance Open
Former Rhode Island Amateur champ Davis Chatfield missed the cut at the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines this week.
Chatfield finished at four-over for the tournament with rounds of 76 and a second round 72.
The cut is projected to be three-under par.
This is Chatfield’s second missed cut in three events on the PGA Tour so far this season.
Justin Rose currently leads the Farmers Insurance Open at 17-under par.
Next up for Chatfield is the WM Phoenix Open at TPC Scottsdale.
Chatfield’s Tournament by the Numbers
For the tournament, Chatfield hit just 53% (15/28) of fairways for the week, with an average driving distance of 279 yards.
He hit 52% of greens in regulation, was 25% on sand saves and 52% on scrambling for the week.
Chatfield averaged just under two putts per greens in regulation, and made 58 feet of putts.
