Patrick Welch Set to Begin 2026 Korn Ferry Tour Campaign

Classical grad Patrick Welch is set to begin his 2026 Korn Ferry Tour season on Sunday at The Bahamas Golf Classic. 

Welch enters the 2026 with full status on the Korn Ferry Tour after finishing inside the top 75 on the points lis during the 2025 season. 

This season, the former Oklahoma star will look to finish inside the top 20 on the points list and join pal Davis Chatfield on the PGA Tour. 

Welch begins his season at 12 p.m. eastern time in a group with Barend Botha and 18-year-old Blades Brown.

  • Total respect for this young man. I had the opportunity to Golf with him at aguam a number of years ago, and not only was it enjoyable to Golf with him, but he was also very humble. I got to know his dad during that round and his dad. Just absolutely adored him. Unfortunately, his dad passed away when he was in a tournament out west. I believe was during covid.So that just upped my game to support patrick
