PC Women’s Golf gets Commitment from Annabel Widdifield
The Providence College Women’s Golf team signed Virginia’s Annabel Widdifield on Thursday.
“I’m so excited to announce my commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at Providence College! Thank you to my golf coaches, family and friends who have supported me through this journey, and thank you to Coach Smith for giving me this opportunity,” wrote Widdifield in a social media post.
Widdiefield is currently a senior at the Potomac School in Virgina and will join the Friars in the fall of 2026.
She joins a recruiting class that includes Bailey Baio and Rhode Island’s Claire McTaggart.
