Francoeur Finishes 37th at Victoria Open
Former URI star Chris Francoeur finished in a tie for 37th this week at the PGA Tour Americas’ Victoria Open.
Francoeur finished the week at eight-under par with rounds of 67, a pair of 66s’ and a final round 73.
The final rundown 73 dropped him 23 spots down the leaderboard.
He is projected to go from 12th to 14th on the PGA Tour Americas’ Fortinet Cup.
The top ten on the points list earn Korn Ferry Tour status for 2026.
The tournament was won by Drew Nesbitt in a playoff over A.J. Ewart.
The playoff was a 20-under par.
