Michelle Fisette Umbriano captured her second Alpine Women’s Club Championship in the last three years. 

Umbriano beat Lisa Ferrara 5&4 in the rain to take home the trophy. 

“I made some bad 3 putts but hit the tee ball really well and just tried to keep my ball in play and out of the wet rough,” said Umbriano. 

The match was a dogfight on the front nine with the two players being tied through eight holes. 

However, Umbriano then won five of the next six holes to take control and close out the match.
