Francoeur Begins 2025 PGA Tour Americas Campaign in Argentina
Former URI star Chris Francoeur is set to begin his 2025 PGA Tour Americas campaign down in Argentina this weekend.
Francouer tees off at 8:20 a.m. in the 93 Abierto Telecom del Centro event with fellow Americans Ryan Grider and Tripp Kinney.
“My game feels good right now. Ready to get going,” Francoeur told GolfNewsRI.
The former Rhody Ram has been on a good run lately.
Back in January, he earned an exemption into a Korn Ferry Tour event and made the cut.
Just few weeks later he pre-qualified for a PGA Tour pre-qualifier and easily advanced to the Monday Qualifier for the Valspar Championship.
Francoeur did not make the cut into the Valspar Championship, but played well in the Monday Qualifier.
