TGL Viewership Jumps 27% from Previous Week
Sparked by a showdown between Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy, TGL viewership jumped up 27% from the previous week.
The match saw Tiger’s Jupiter Links team take on McIlroy’s Boston Common Golf Club, which features New England’s Keegan Bradley.
According to reports, TGL drew 864K viewers on Monday night with the audience peaking at 1.1 million viewers during the overtime hole.
The newly formed league is now averaging 874,000 viewers through the first four weeks.
Of course, it also helped that there was no Monday Night Football or College Football National Championship game as well.
