Former University of Rhode Island star Chris Francoeur finished in a tie for 23rd at the Fortinet Cup Championship on Sunday afternoon at TPC Toronto.
Francoeur finished five-over for the tournament with two rounds of 69, a 71 and a 76.
His final round 69 shot him 23 spots up the leaderboard.
The tournament was won by Will Cannon at five-under par.
Francoeur will now gear up for PGA Tour Q-School in the coming week or two to try and improve his status on PGA Tour Americas or hopefully gain Korn Ferry Tour status.
