New England’s Keegan Bradley Makes President’s Cup Team

Just months after being named Ryder Cup Captain, Vermont native Keegan Bradley was selected to the U.S. President’s Cup team on Tuesday as one of Jim Furyk’s captain’s picks.

Bradley was originally on the squad as a vice captain, but now will only be a player on the team.

A new vice captain will be chosen to replace Bradley.

Bradley is coming off a great run in the FedEx Cup Playoffs, winning the BMW Championship and reaching the Tour Championship.

The other captain’s picks are Sam Burns, Russell Henley, Brian Harman, Max Homa and Tony Finau.

The President’s Cup will be played September 26-29 at Royal Montreal Golf Club in Canada.
