Bryson Richards Wins Vermont Open
In a battle of former URI stars, Bryson Richards won the Vermont Open this week at Lake Morey Country Club.
Richards finished at nine-under for the tournament to win by one shot over fellow Rhody alum Patrick Pelletier.

The Rhody Ram great posted two rounds of 66 and aa 69 for a three day score of 201 to win.
Richards is planning to turn pro later this summer ahead of Q-School.
Richards Final Round
Starting the say with the lead, Richards birdied three of the first five holes to extend the lead.
Following pars on the sixth and seventh holes, Richards closed the front nine with birdies on eight and nine to turn at 29.
On the back side, Richards bogeyed the 11th, but got it back with a birdie on the 13th.
He played the last five holes at one-over par to card a final round 66.
