Will Dickson Goes Low in Round 2 at Forest Oaks Classic, T19 Overall
Rhode Island’s Will Dickson went low in round two of the Forest Oaks Classic on Thursday on the G-Pro Tour.
Dickson carded a seven-under 65 to climb 16 spots up the leaderboard into a tie for 19th overall.
The former Moses Brown star started round two at two-over par and outside the cut line, so the low number was needed.
Derek Bard and Tripp Kinney lead the tournament at 13-under with one round to go.
Dickson’s 2nd Round
Starting on the front side, Dickson birdied three of the first four holes to get to three-under par immediately in the round.
After two straight pars, Dickson birdied the seventh and eighth holes to get to five-under, before giving one back with a bogey on nine.
On the back side, Dickson birdied the par-5 11th hole, made another birdie on the 15th hole and a closing birdie on the 18th hole to shoot 65.
