Will Dickson in 5th After Round 1 of Sanctuary Championship
Rhode Island’s Will Dickson sits in a tie for fifth place after the first round of the Sanctuary Championship on the G-Pro Tour.
Dickson is five-under for the tournament with the round of 67.
He is tied with a handful of other players at that number.
Wilson Andress, Erik Edwards and Colin Bowles hold the lead at seven-under.
Dickson’s Round
Dickson started on the back nine and birdied three of the first four holes to get to three-under right off the jump.
After two pars, Dickson bogeyed the 16th hole, but got it right back on 17 with a birdie.
He turned at three-under, 33.
On the front side, Dickson saved par on the first four holes, then made back-to-back birdies on the fifth and sixth holes to get to five-under.
The former Moses Brown star parred out the rest of the way to shoot 67.
