Chatfield, Welch Paired Together at KFT’s Club Car Championship
Davis Chatfield and Patrick Welch are paired together in round three of the Korn Ferry Tour’s Club Car Championship on Saturday.
This is the first time that they have been paired together since turning pro.
“These two. Many rounds of RI Junior Golf, are paired tougher in round three. No doubt Marty Welch is smiling above,” writes Davis’ mother Anna Ison-Chatfield in a social media post.
Welch and Chatfield are both three-under par for the tournament and in a tie for 27th overall.
Through two rounds, they have both shot 72 and 69.
The childhood friends will tee off at 11:20 a.m. off the first tee.
