Chatfield Finishes 48th at KFT’s Argentina Open
Davis Chatfield saved his best for last at the Korn Ferry Tour’s Argentina Open.
Chatfield fired a final round 67 (3-under) to finish at six-under for the tournament and climb nine spots up the leaderboard.
He finished in a tie for 48th.
The tournament is going to a playoff at 17-under to decide the winner.
Chatfield’s Final Round
The final round was not an ideal start for Chatfield as he opened with bogeys on two of the first three holes.
But, he would turn it around.
Following a string of pars on holes four through seven, Chatfield made his first birdie of the day on the eight hole, and followed it up with another birdie on nine to turn at even par.
Turning to the back side, Chatfield birdied the 11th and 13th holes to get to two-under for the round.
Four more pars followed before the former RI Amateur champ dropped a closing birdie on the 18th to finish at 67- his lowest score of the week.
