Kirkbrae to Host U.S. Open Qualifier for 3rd Straight Year
For the third straight year, Kirkbrae Country Club in Lincoln will host a local qualifier for the U.S. Open, the USGA revealed.
The qualifier will take place on May 14, 2024 and has a maximum player capacity of 84 competitors.
The USGA does note that qualifying sites and dates are subject to change.

In last year’s qualifier, five players advanced to final qualifying, including Rhode Island’s Tom McCormick.
The cut was three-under par, with four-under taking medalist honors.
There were also two alternates, including RI’s Mike Hamilton.

The 124th U.S. Open is set for June 13-16 at Pinehurst Resort & Country Club (course #2) in North Carolina.
