Chatfield, Welch Miss Cut at KFT’s Panama Championship
Davis Chatfield and Patrick Welch missed the cut at this week’s Panama Championship on the Korn Ferry Tour.
Chatfield carded a second round 68 to climb 41 spots on the leaderboard to three-over for the tournament, only to miss the cut by one shot.
Welch followed up a first round 71 with a second round 74 to finish at five-over for the tournament.
This is Welch’s third straight missed cut of the early season.
There is currently a four-way tie for the lead at five-under par heading into the weekend.
