The Country Club of New Hampshire is for sale with an asking price of $9,500,000, according to Fairway Advisors.
The course is ranked as one of the top 75 public golf courses in the U.S. by Golf Digest.

The Country Club of New Hampshire, at the base of Mount Kearsarge, spans from 6000 to 7000 yards, and available to golfers at all skill levels.

Great golf course layout; last 4 holes challenging but getable, which makes it quite pleasurable. The course needs work and the greens need to be a bit faster. A really good practice facility. All in all, a little tired but determined investors could make it profitable within two seasons. Two hours from Boston make it a great weekend getaway. Can you say “Trump New Hampshire?!”
