Team New England Wins Adamonis Cup
Team New England beat Team Florida 23-13 to win the Adamonis Cup on Wednesday down in Florida at Doral.
This is the 10th straight win for team New England over Team Florida.
University of Rhode Island commit Tyler Bruneau led New England with a 1-under 71 to take medalist honors in the tournament.
RI’s Rocco Capalbo halved his match and contributed to his best ball team victory.
The match is played in honor of Dave Adamonis Sr., the founder of The Challenge Cup.
The Adamonis family was inducted into the Rhode Island Golf Hall of Fame this past week.
