Hazel Hegstrom Finishes T3 at Doral Jr. Classic
Rhode Island’s Hazel Hegstrom finished in a tie for third this week at the Doral Jr. Classic down in Florida.
Hegstrom competed in the Girls 10-11 division.
In two nine-hole rounds, the Drive, Chip + Putt alum finished at nine-over for the tournament with rounds of 39 and 42.
She tied with three other players.
Florida’s Mia Heuberger won the division at even par.
The high school and college divisions get underway on Thursday.
