LeBaron Hills Country Club in Lakeville, Massachusetts will be sold at an on-site auction next month.
The auction being conducted by Paul E. Saperstein Co. will take place on December 6 at 11 a.m. at the golf course.
The property is currently owned by a limited liability company associated with the Will family, owners of A.A. Will Corp.
“161.57+/- acres of total land improved by an 18-hole golf course with 38,930+/-sf clubhouse. The cape cod style clubhouse includes a banquet space, pro shop, restaurant, offices, both men’s & women’s locker rooms and a gym.
