Bobby Leopold Competing in Devils Elbow Mid-Am Invitational
Rhode Island Amateur Champion Bobby Leopold is down in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic this week competing in the Devils Elbow Mid-Am Invitational.
The tournament is made up of elite mid-ams with the winner getting an exemption into the PGA Tour’s Corales Championship.
Other locals in the tournament include Ricky Stimets and Matt Parziale.
The event tees off on Thursday, November 9 and goes through Saturday, November 11.
There is no cut.
Leopold goes off at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday.
This is his first time playing since the RI Four-Ball.
